GMJ Creative undertakes a collaborative approach to designing and implementing facilitation and training programs based on your objectives, timeframe and budget. In consultation with our clients, this involves comprehensive pre-program discussions (e.g. one-on-one or group meetings, questionnaires, focus groups, etc.); in-project consultation (e.g. check-ins); and post-project follow-up (e.g. debriefing and reporting) to maintain project accountability.

Our facilitators hold certifications in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching, ChangeDriver™ change realization, Four Dimensions Inventory (4D-i®) Psychometric Assessment for Learning and the Smarter Meetings process for improving meeting productivity and team performance.
